SCRUBD is a deep-exfoliating cloth made for a weekly ritual. Use it once a week, then finish with body oil to replenish your skin's moisture.

Soak
Enjoy a warm shower or bath for around 5 minutes so skin is soft and damp.

Wet the glove
Wet it and squeeze out the excess so it is damp, not dripping. No soap or shower gel is needed on the glove.

Exfoliate gently
Step out of the water stream and glide the glove over your skin in slow strokes. Use light to medium pressure and don't rub one spot for too long. Some redness can happen; ease off if skin feels sore.

Rinse
Rinse your skin and the glove thoroughly.

Replenish
Pat dry and apply body oil to help replenish moisture.

Care
Rinse the glove well, hang it on its hook and let it dry fully. Hand wash occasionally with mild soap.
Use once a week. Body only: not for face, broken, irritated, inflamed or sunburnt skin. If you have sensitive skin, test a small area first and stop if irritation occurs. Avoid heavily fragranced products straight after exfoliating.
