Scrubd ("SCRUBD", "we") is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Details you give at checkout: name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details.
• Messages you send us through our contact page or by email.
• Your cart contents, which are saved in your browser so they are still there when you return.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To answer your questions, returns and exchanges.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Our store and checkout run on Shopify. Shopify processes your order and payment details on our behalf. Your payment card details are handled by Shopify's checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Couriers receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
