Shipping Policy

We deliver within South Africa only.

Shipping costs

• Orders under R629: R90 flat-rate shipping.
• Orders of R629 or more, including every Two-Pack and Three-Pack: free shipping.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Courier delays can occasionally happen outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email your tracking details to the address used at checkout.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help.
