This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your glove arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, including shipping costs.

Change of mind

You can return unused, unwashed gloves in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, gloves that have been used or washed cannot be returned for a change of mind. Unless the item was faulty or incorrect, return shipping is your cost.

How to start a return

• Send us a message on our contact page or email admin@getscrubd.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return.
• We will reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

You can swap for a different colour while stock allows. Contact us to arrange it.
